Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są pellety mieszane z udziałem biokomponentów, zawierające łuskę słonecznika, trociny drewna z drzew iglastych, uszlachetnione dodatkiem poprawiającym ich wytrzymałość mechaniczną, które charakteryzują się tym, że jako dodatek poprawiający ich wytrzymałość mechaniczną zawierają węgiel uzyskany w procesie pirolizy metanu, a w skład pelletów wchodzi: od 98,5% (m/m) do 99,5% (m/m), w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę pelletów mieszanych z udziałem biokomponentów, uszlachetnionych dodatkiem poprawiającym ich wytrzymałość mechaniczną, składnika I, który składa się z trocin drewna z drzew iglastych w ilości od 49% do 51% (m/m) i łuski słonecznika w ilości od 49% do 51% (m/m); oraz od 0,5% (m/m) do 1,5% (m/m) w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę pelletów mieszanych z udziałem biokomponentów, uszlachetnionych dodatkiem poprawiającym ich wytrzymałość mechaniczną, składnika II, którym jest węgiel uzyskany w procesie pirolizy metanu przeprowadzonym w kwarcowym reaktorze przepływowym umieszczonym w poziomym piecu rurowym, przez który to reaktor w trybie ciągłym przepuszcza się mieszankę azotu i metanu w stosunku objętościowym wynoszącym 1:1, z szybkością 400 ml/min, a wytworzony węgiel wydobywa się z reaktora periodycznie; które to składniki I i II są ze sobą zmieszane i dokładnie ujednorodnione, a następnie poddane procesowi aglomeracji.The subject of the application is mixed pellets with biocomponents, containing sunflower husk, coniferous wood sawdust, refined with an additive improving their mechanical strength, which are characterized in that they contain carbon obtained in the methane pyrolysis process as an additive improving their mechanical strength, and the pellets contain: from 98.5% (m/m) to 99.5% (m/m), calculated on the total weight of mixed pellets with biocomponents, refined with an additive improving their mechanical strength, component I, which consists of coniferous wood sawdust in an amount of from 49% to 51% (m/m) and sunflower husk in an amount of from 49% to 51% (m/m); and from 0.5% (m/m) to 1.5% (m/m) calculated on the total mass of pellets mixed with biocomponents, refined with an additive improving their mechanical strength, component II, which is carbon obtained in the methane pyrolysis process carried out in a quartz flow reactor placed in a horizontal tubular furnace, through which a mixture of nitrogen and methane is continuously passed in a volume ratio of 1:1, at a rate of 400 ml/min, and the produced carbon is extracted from the reactor periodically; components I and II are mixed together and thoroughly homogenized, and then subjected to the agglomeration process.
