Ujawniono uniwersalne kompozycje, które posiadają łatwość emulgacji w roztworach wodnych o szerokim spektrum pH, tworzące stabilne monodyspersje dla związków lipofilowych i/lub hydrofobowych. Kompozycje mogą zwiększać biodostępność substancji aktywnych i nadają się do podaży doustnej w układach wodnych oraz wytwarzania produktów doustnych zwłaszcza kompozycji farmaceutycznych, wyrobów medycznych lub produktów spożywczych.
