Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania aromatycznych kwasów karboksylowych poprzez utlenianie alkilowych pochodnych benzenu tlenem lub gazami zawierającymi tlen i z użyciem rozpuszczalnika. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że utlenianie prowadzi się z użyciem kwasu octowego jako rozpuszczalnika w obecności związków metali Co i Mn w ilościach 0,001 - 1% mol, w przeliczeniu na surowiec, katalizatora posiadającego aniony bromkowe w ilości 0,01 - 100% mol. w przeliczeniu na surowiec oraz N-hydroksyftalimidu w ilości 0,01 - 20% mol, w przeliczeniu na surowiec, w temperaturze 130 - 250°C w czasie 1 - 24h, pod ciśnieniem 0,5 - 4,0 Pa. Jako czynnik utleniający stosuje się powietrze, powietrze wzbogacone w tlen, tlen lub inny gaz zawierający tlen. Jako surowiec stosuje się toluen, etylobenzen, para-ksylen, orto-ksylen, meta-ksylen lub inne alkilowe pochodne benzenu.
