Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy acyloglicerolu zawierającego reszty kwasów tłuszczowych w pozycjach sn-1 i sn-3 oraz przyłączoną poprzez linker bursztynowy resztę stigmasterolu w pozycji sn-2, o wzorze 1. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób otrzymywania acyloglicerolu zawierającego reszty kwasów tłuszczowych w pozycjach sn-1 i sn-3 oraz przyłączona poprzez linker bursztynowy resztę stigmasterolu w pozycji sn-2, który to sposób polega na tym, że komercyjnie dostępne lub otrzymane znanymi metodami 1,3- diacyloglicerole poddaje się reakcji z hemibursztynianem stigmasterylu, a powstały produkt oczyszcza się metodami chromatograficznymi. Acyloglicerole według zgłoszenia mogą znaleźć zastosowanie jako funkcjonalne dodatki do żywności lub nutraceutyki.
