Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest produkt roślinny typu parówki, zwierający białko roślin strączkowych, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera mieszaninę białkowo-przyprawową i mieszaninę żelującą, przy czym mieszanina białkowo-przyprawowa zawiera białko grochowe w ilości od 22% do 27% wagowych produktu i od 2% do 3% wagowych produktu mikrokapsułek z antocyjanami przy czym produkt zawiera mieszaninę białkowo-przyprawową i mieszaninę żelującą w stosunku wagowym od 1:25 do 1:2,75. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również sposób otrzymywania produktu.
