Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest trudnopalna kompozycja powłokowa utwardzana promieniowaniem UV, którą otrzymuje się dwuetapowo. W pierwszym etapie sporządza się pastę z uniepalniaczy w postaci polifosforanu amonu o wielkości cząstek ≤ 17 µm w ilości od 10 do 30% wagowych, najkorzystniej od 20 do 23% wagowych oraz pentaerytrytolu o wielkości cząstek ≤ 15 µm w ilości od 5 do 15% wagowych, najkorzystniej od 10 do 13% wagowych rozprowadzonych w mieszaninie monomerów akrylowych takich jak jednofunkcyjny akrylan izobornylu (IBOA) i trójfunkcyjny triakrylan trimetylolopropanu (TMPTA) zmieszanych w stosunku wagowym 1 do 2,1 w ilości od 10 do 30% wagowych, najkorzystniej od 20 do 25% wagowych, mieszaninie monomerów akrylowych i 50% dyspersji nanokrzemionki o wielkości cząstek ≤ 20 nm akrylanie trimetylolopropanu (CTFA) w ilości od 5 do 10% wagowych, najkorzystniej w ilości od 5 do 6% wagowych. W drugim etapie dodawane są pozostałe składniki obejmujące oligomery, jako mieszaninę alifatycznego akrylanu uretanowego w rozcieńczeniu 30% monofunkcyjnym akrylanem 2-[[(butyloamino)karbobylo]oksy]etylu z żywicą poliestrową w rozcieńczeniu 35% triakrylanem trimetylolopropanu (TMPTA) zmieszane w stosunku wagowym 1 do 2,1 albo akrylowany oligomer modyfikowany fosforem ilości od 30 do 50% wagowych, najkorzystniej od 35 do 40% wagowych, fotoinicjatory jako mieszaninę benzoilomrówczanu metylu (MBF) oraz dimetylohydroksyacetofenonu (DMHA) zmieszanych w stosunku wagowym 1 do 2 ilości od 5 do 10% wagowych, najkorzystniej od 6 do 7% wagowych oraz wprowadzane są środki pomocnicze takie jak metakrylowany ester fosforanowy, jako promotor adhezji w ilości od 1 do 5% wagowych, najkorzystniej od 1 do 2% wagowych oraz inhibitor polimeryzacji w estrze kwasu akrylowego ilości do 2% wagowych, najkorzystniej od 0,3 do 0,5% wagowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także zastosowanie trudnopalnej kompozycji powłokowej.The subject of the application is a flame-retardant coating composition cured with UV radiation, which is obtained in two stages. In the second step, the remaining ingredients including oligomers are added as a mixture of aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted with 30% monofunctional 2-[[(butylamino)carbobyl]oxy]ethyl acrylate with polyester resin diluted with 35% trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) mixed in a weight ratio of 1 up to 2.1 or an acrylated phosphorus-modified oligomer in an amount of 30 to 50 wt%, most preferably 35 to 40 wt%, photoinitiators as a mixture of methyl benzoyl formate (MBF) and dimethylhydroxyacetophenone (DMHA) mixed in a wt ratio of 1 to 2 in an amount of 5 to 10 % by weight, most preferably from 6 to 7% by weight, and auxiliary agents such as methacrylated phosphate ester as an adhesion promoter in an amount from 1 to 5% by weight, most preferably from 1 to 2% by weight and an acrylic acid ester polymerization inhibitor in an amount of up to 2 % by weight, most preferably from 0.3 to 0.5% by weight.
