Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest szczep bakterii mlekowych Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BPC1 zdeponowany w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów (PCM) Instytutu Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk we Wrocławiu pod numerem B/00373. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest szczep bakterii mlekowych Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BPC2 zdeponowany w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów (PCM) Instytutu Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk we Wrocławiu pod numerem B/00374. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja nowych szczepów z rodzaju Lactiplantibacillus, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera szczep Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BPC1 zdeponowany w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów (PCM) Instytutu Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk we Wrocławiu pod numerem B/00373 oraz Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BPC2 zdeponowany w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów (PCM) Instytutu Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk we Wrocławiu pod numerem B/00374 w proporcji 1:1. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie kompozycji według wynalazku do fermentacji produktów roślinnych.The subject of the application is the strain of lactic acid bacteria Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BPC1 deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław under the number B/00373. Another subject of the notification is the strain of lactic acid bacteria Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BPC2 deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław under the number B/00374. Another subject of the application is a composition of new strains of the genus Lactiplantibacillus, characterized by the fact that it contains the strain Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BPC1 deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław under number B/00373 and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BPC2 deposited in Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław under number B/00374 in a 1:1 ratio. Another subject of the application is the use of the composition according to the invention for the fermentation of plant products.
