Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy szczep bakterii mlekowych Lacticasei bacillus rhamnosus ŁOCK 1151 zdeponowany w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów w Instytucie Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk im. Ludwika Hirszfelda we Wrocławiu pod numerem B/00501, wykazujący jednocześnie właściwości funkcjonalne, probiotyczne i przemysłowe.The subject of the application is a new strain of lactic acid bacteria Lacticasei bacillus rhamnosus ŁOCK 1151 deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms at the Ludwik Hirszfeld Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław under number B/00501, demonstrating functional, probiotic and industrial properties.
