Abstract
The subject of the application is a method of obtaining recycled material using sewage sludge. The method according to the application is characterized by the fact that in the first stage, hydrated municipal sewage sludge in an amount from 10% to 50% by mass, which contains from 70% to 90% water, ground bottom sediments in an amount from 20% to 50% by mass of the dry mixture and granular waste separated in the sand trap of a sewage treatment plant in an amount from 20% to 50% by mass of the dry mixture is homogenized to obtain a mixture with a plastic consistency, and then proceeds to the second stage, in which agglomerates are formed from the mixture, and then, in the third stage, agglomerates are dried at temperatures from 20°C to 80°C, and then, in the fourth stage, the agglomerates are fired at a temperature ranging from 950°C to 1200°C for 0.5 to 2 hours, and then, in the fifth stage, the whole thing is cooled myself.
