Abstract
The subject of the application is a method of obtaining recycled material using sewage sludge. The method according to the application is characterized by the fact that in the first stage, hydrated municipal sewage sludge in an amount from 10% to 50% by mass, which contains from 70% to 90% water, shredded waste aluminum silicate fibers in an amount from 20% to 50% mass of the dry mixture and coffee grounds in an amount from 20% to 50% by mass of the dry mixture are homogenized to obtain a mixture with a plastic consistency, then proceed to the second stage, in which agglomerates are formed from the mixture, and then, in the third stage, the agglomerates are dried at a temperature from 20°C to 80°C, then in the fourth stage the agglomerates are fired at a temperature ranging from 950°C to 1200°C for 0.5 to 2 hours, and then in the fifth stage the whole thing is cooled .
