Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do pomiaru mikrotwardości wewnątrz materiału, posiadające napęd, wgłębnik. Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że składa się z wiertła (1), w którego od strony jego części chwytowej znajduje się nieprzelotowy otwór (1.1), który styka się prostopadle ze skierowanym do niego drugim otworem (1.2) biegnącym pomiędzy nim a zewnętrzną walcową powierzchnią wiertła (1). W nieprzelotowym otworze (1.1) znajduje się wał (2), z zazębieniem (2.1) rozmieszczonym na jego obwodzie, zazębione z zębami (3.1) na listwie zębatej (3) umieszczonej w drugim otworze (1.2) wiertła (1). Tudzież koniec listwy (3) od strony zewnętrznej powierzchni wiertła (1) posiada zaostrzony koniec (3.2). Wał (2), na swoim górnym końcu połączony jest poprzez urządzenie do pomiaru momentu obrotowego i kąta obrotu (4) z napędem w postaci silnika elektrycznego (5).The subject of the application is a device for measuring the microhardness inside the material, having a drive, an indenter. It is characterized by the fact that it consists of a drill (1) in which there is a blind hole (1.1) in its shank side, which perpendicularly meets the second hole (1.2) directed to it and running between it and the outer cylindrical surface of the drill (1). In the blind hole (1.1) there is a shaft (2) with toothing (2.1) located on its circumference, meshing with the teeth (3.1) on the toothed rack (3) located in the second hole (1.2) of the drill (1). Also, the end of the bar (3) from the outer surface of the drill (1) has a pointed end (3.2). The shaft (2), at its upper end, is connected through a device for measuring torque and angle of rotation (4) with a drive in the form of an electric motor (5).
