Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy zastosowania nadtlenku wodoru i 17β-estradiolu oraz jego metabolitów w sposobie diagnozowania in vitro chorób neurodegeneracyjnych, zwłaszcza choroby Parkinsona charakteryzującego się tym, że sposób diagnozowania chorób neurodegeneracyjnych obejmuje analizę poziomu nadtlenku wodoru oraz pochodnych 17β-estradiolu w surowicy krwi, po ich uprzednim wyizolowaniu z krwi pacjenta i przeprowadzeniu derywatyzacji chlorkiem dansylu, przy czym chorobę neurodegeneracyjną stwierdza się, kiedy stężenie nadtlenku wodoru w badanej próbce jest wyższe od stężenia oznaczonego dla zdrowej kontroli i kiedy w badanej próbce stężenie hydroksylowanych pochodnych 17β-estradiolu jest niższe, a stężenie metoksylowanych pochodnych17β-estradiolu jest wyższe względem stężeń oznaczanych dla zdrowej kontroli.
