Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest połączenie hybrydowe klejowo-taśmowo-nitowe z wykorzystaniem łączników mechanicznych i kleju epoksydowego składające się z pierwszego elementu (1) metalowego albo kompozytowego oraz drugiego elementu (2) metalowego albo kompozytowego z wykorzystaniem dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej (3) z wybraniem (3.1), w którym znajduje się klej epoksydowy (4) oraz sposób jego wykonania. Połączenie charakteryzuje się tym, że na roboczej powierzchni pierwszego elementu (1) naklejona jest pierwsza powierzchnia klejowa dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej (3) o grubości w zakresie od 0,09 mm do 1,6 mm, w której znajduje się wybranie (3.1) z wtryśniętym w nie klejem epoksydowym (4) tudzież w pierwszym elemencie (1) warstwie kleju epoksydowego (4) oraz drugim elemencie (2) znajduje się otwór (1.1, 4.1, 2.1), w którym zamocowany jest nit (5). Opcjonalnie w drugim elemencie (2) znajdują się przelotowy otwór wtryskowy (2.2) i przelotowy otwór odpowietrzający (2.3). Sposób polega na tym, że na powierzchnie roboczą pierwszego elementu (1) nakleja się pierwszą powierzchnię klejową dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej (3), w której znajduje się wybranie (3.1). W dalszym etapie na drugą powierzchnię klejową dwustronnej taśmy adhezyjnej (3) nakleja się powierzchnię roboczą drugiego elementu (2), po czym poprzez otwór wtryskowy (2.2) wtryskuje się klej epoksydowy z ciśnieniem pozwalającym na wypełnienie wybrania (3.1). Po związaniu kleju wywierca się przelotowy otwór (2.1, 4.1, 1.1), w którym mocuje się nit (5).The subject of the application is a hybrid adhesive-tape-rivet connection using mechanical fasteners and epoxy adhesive, consisting of a first element (1) metal or composite and a second element (2) metal or composite using double-sided adhesive tape (3) with a recess (3.1) in which the epoxy glue (4) is located and the method of its production. The connection is characterized by the fact that on the working surface of the first element (1) the first adhesive surface of the double-sided adhesive tape (3) with a thickness ranging from 0.09 mm to 1.6 mm is glued, in which there is a recess (3.1) with an injected There is an opening (1.1, 4.1, 2.1) in which the rivet (5) is fixed in the first element (1), the layer of epoxy glue (4) and the second element (2). Optionally, the second element (2) has an injection port (2.2) and a vent port (2.3). The method consists in the fact that the first adhesive surface of the double-sided adhesive tape (3), in which the recess (3.1) is located, is glued to the working surface of the first element (1). In the next step, the working surface of the second element (2) is glued to the second adhesive surface of the double-sided adhesive tape (3), and then epoxy glue is injected through the injection hole (2.2) with a pressure that allows filling the cavity (3.1). After the adhesive has set, a through hole (2.1, 4.1, 1.1) is drilled into which the rivet (5) is fixed.
