Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół do przekształcania mebla z pozycji do siedzenia w pozycję do leżenia według wynalazku mający umieszczone w skrzyni mebla dwa mechanizmy, prawy i lewy oraz silnik oddziałujący poprzez elementy pośrednie na przesuwne siedzisko mebla, a każdy z mechanizmów ma podnośnik, który zbudowany jest z listwy mocującej przymocowanej do stałego elementu mebla, ramienia tylnego połączonego przegubowo dolnym końcem z listwą mocującą i górnym końcem z listwą kątową oraz ramienia przedniego połączonego przegubowo dolnym końcem z listwą mocującą i górnym końcem z listwą kątową, przy czym listwa kątowa każdego podnośnika ma otwory mocujące siedzisko, charakteryzuje się tym, że podnośnik (5) każdego z mechanizmów (1) ma dźwignię (20) połączoną przegubowo dolnym końcem z listwą mocującą (19), a górnym końcem połączoną przegubowo z łącznikiem (24), który połączony jest przegubowo z ramieniem przednim (23), a w dźwigni (20) znajduje się przelotowy rowek, w którym przesuwnie umieszczony jest sworzeń osadzony w górnej części łącznika (24), zaś w części górnej dźwigni (20) jest wybranie kształtowe mające powierzchnię kontaktową, natomiast każdy element pośredni oddziałujący na siedzisko (S) stanowi przesuwny wspornik (4) mający bolec oraz ceownik (14), w którym zamocowana jest karetka silnika (2) współpracująca ze śrubą napędową (35), zaś silnik (2) umieszczony jest w każdym mechanizmie (1).
