Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest struktura piankowa, obejmująca: wiele paneli piankowych, z których każdy spośród wielu paneli piankowych jest uformowany z wielu cząstek pianki polimerowej, przy czym co najmniej dwa spośród wielu paneli piankowych są połączone żywym zawiasem wyznaczonym przez kanał pomiędzy co najmniej dwoma panelami piankowymi, tak że wiele paneli piankowych można złożyć wzdłuż żywego zawiasu. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania ww. struktury piankowej.
