Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób kondycjonowania soku, który charakteryzuje się tym, że do reaktora typu glidearc o częstotliwości f od 10 do 200 Hz i o napięciu U od 3,7 do 17 kV podaje się gaz procesowy i po przejściu przez łuk elektryczny kieruje się strumień gazu opuszczający reaktor na sok wzbogacony sumakiem w ilości od 1 g do 30 g na L soku umieszczony na podajniku przez czas od 30 do 1200 s. Korzystnie, zastosowanym gazem procesowym jest powietrze.
