Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest produkt mięsno-roślinny na bazie mięsa drobiowego o podwyższonej wartości odżywczej i prozdrowotnej oraz obniżonej wartości energetycznej, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera surowiec mięsny drobiowy oraz surowiec roślinny, przy czym surowiec roślinny zawiera nasiona komosy ryżowej, kaszę jaglaną, nasiona babki płesznik, mąkę teff oraz olej lniany. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób otrzymywania produktu mięsno-roślinnego na bazie mięsa drobiowego.
