Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób nanoszenia funkcjonalnych powłok z zawiesin, który znajduje zastosowanie w szeroko pojętej inżynierii materiałowej. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że podłoże metaliczne: stalowe lub miedziane lub ceramiczne - na bazie tlenku glinu oczyszcza się poprzez płukanie cieczą, a następnie poddaje się je obróbce strumieniowo-ściernej, następnie podgrzewa się do temperatury 100°C - 1000°C, na rozgrzaną powierzchnię podłoża nanosi się warstwę zawiesiny zawierającej cząstki stałe: srebro, ditlenek tytanu lub mieszanina srebra i ditlenku tytanu w proporcji 1:4 wag., w postaci aerozolu o wielkości cząstek w przedziale 100 nm — 500 µm, generowanego przez gaz nośny przy ciśnieniu 1 - 10 bar, następnie tak wytworzony aerozol jest natryskiwany na podłoże przez gaz pędny przepływający z ciśnieniem 2 - 20 bar z prędkością z zakresu 200 m/s do 1000 m/s, w wyniku czego rozpędzone cząstki aerozolu uderzają o wcześniej przygotowane podłoże i formują powlokę, przy jednoczesnym odparowaniu cieczy z aerozolu i budowaniu warstwy.
