Abstract

Narzędzie do wyciskania stopnia wału drążonego charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada stempel z trzpieniem (1) umieszczony współosiowo w otworze (2) pojemnika górnego (3a) w kształcie pierścienia. Stempel z trzpieniem (1) jest usytuowany współosiowo z wyrzutnikiem (4), który posiada wzdłuż własnej osi symetrii otwór przelotowy (5). Wyrzutnik (4) jest umieszczony współosiowo w otworze (6) pojemnika dolnego (3b) w kształcie pierścienia. Pomiędzy pojemnikiem górnym (3a), a pojemnikiem dolnym (3b) umieszczona jest matryca (7) w kształcie pierścienia, która zamocowana jest do pojemnika górnego (3a). Otwór (8) matrycy (7) w pierwszej strefie (Ia) od strony pojemnika górnego (3a) posiada większe pole przekroju poprzecznego niż w drugiej strefie (IIa), która znajduje się od strony pojemnika dolnego (3b). Otwór (8) matrycy (7) w drugiej strefie (IIa) posiada większe pole przekroju poprzecznego niż otwór (2) pojemnika górnego (3a) i otwór (6) pojemnika dolnego (3b). Otwór (8) matrycy (7) jest współosiowy do otworu (2) pojemnika górnego (3a) i otworu (6) pojemnika dolnego (3b).The tool for extruding the hollow shaft step is characterized by having a punch with a pin (1) placed coaxially in the hole (2) of the upper container (3a) in the shape of a ring. The opening (8) of the die (7) in the second zone (IIa) has a larger cross-sectional area than the opening (2) of the upper container (3a) and the opening (6) of the lower container (3b). The opening (8) of the die (7) is coaxial to the opening (2) of the upper container (3a) and the opening (6) of the lower container (3b).
