Abstract

Pomiędzy tuleją dolną (3b), a tuleją górną (3a) umieszczona jest matryca dzielona (7) w kształcie pierścienia. Sposób wyciskania stopni wału drążonego charakteryzuje się tym, że do współosiowo umieszczonych tulei górnej (3a), matrycy dzielonej (7) i tulei dolnej (3b) wprowadza się wsad rurowy (9), po czym od strony tulei górnej (3a) wprowadza się stempel z trzpieniem (1), a od strony tulei dolnej (3b) wprowadza się stempel rurowy (4). The punch with the mandrel (1) is then set in translation at a speed of 0.001 to 1000 mm / s and the tubular punch (4) at a speed of 0.001 to 1000 mm / s in the direction of the tubular charge (9).
