Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat zawierający glutation w postaci proszku, w którym dwuwarstwa lipidowa liposomów zawiera lecytynę, który to preparat zawiera inulinę jako stabilizator, przy czym stosunek wagowy glutationu do lecytyny mieści się w zakresie od 1:1 do 1:100, natomiast stosunek wagowy lecytyny do inuliny mieści się w zakresie od 1:0,1 do 1:5. Obecność inuliny stabilizuje preparat liposomów i zapobiega tworzeniu agregatów liposomów, szczególnie w warunkach odpowiadających warunkom kwasu żołądkowego. Wynalazek dostarcza również twardej kapsułki zawierającej preparat glutationu według zgłoszenia oraz sposobu jego wytwarzania.
