Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ekstrakt z kwiatów, liści i/lub torebek nasiennych niecierpka (Impatiens) oraz liści pandanu (Pandanus), w postaci suchej i/lub płynnej, charakteryzujący się tym, że jest otrzymywany z niecierpka gruczołowatego (Impatiens grandulifera) z dodatkiem pandanu amarylkolistnego (Pandanus amaryllifolius), przy czym ekstrakt ten charakteryzuje się całkowitą zawartością polifenoli w zakresie od 13,0 do 51,0 mg ekwiwalentu kwasu galusowego na g suchego ekstraktu oraz sposób jego otrzymywania drogą ekstrakcji ultradźwiękowej, jak również jego zastosowanie jako środka o właściwościach antyoksydacyjnych, rozjaśniających skórę, przeciwzmarszczkowych i przeciwzapalnych, hamujących aktywność kolagenazy, elastazy, lipooksygenazy i tyrozynazy, niewykazującego efektu cytotoksycznego względem ludzkich fibroblastów skóry oraz spełniającego wymagania testu kompatybilności ze skórą, w kosmetyce albo w suplementach diety.
