Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biofunkcjonalna emulsja do mycia i dezynfekcji dłoni zawierająca ciecz jonową, jaka składa się z Glyceryl cocoate (6-10%), Polisorbat (4-8%), Kompleks witamin AEC (5-7%), Ceramidy (5-7%), Kwas hialuronowy (5-10%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm) oraz oleju makadamia w uzupełnieniu (do 100%). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania emulsji, w jakim składniki: Glyceryl cocoate (6-10%), Polisorbat (4-8%), Kompleks witamin AEC (5-7%), Ceramidy (5-7%), Kwas hialuronowy (5-10%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm) dodaje się we wskazanej kolejności do oleju makadamia uzupełniającej skład recepturowy mieszaniny do 100% tak, że w pierwszym kroku do mieszalnika wlewa się olej makadamia w ilości 30% obojętności całkowitej produktu, następnie naważa się i dodaje do zbiornika mieszalnika i miesza się, aż do całkowitego rozpuszczenia Glyceryl cocoate (6-10%), Polisorbat (4-8%) i miesza się do całkowitego rozpuszczenia, następnie dodaje się uprzednio przygotowaną mieszaninę: Kompleks witamin AEC (5-7%), Ceramidy (5-7%), Kwas hialuronowy (5-10%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm), całość miesza się do całkowitego rozpuszczenia składników około 50 - 60 minut przy obrotach mieszadła 50 obrotów/minutę, a następnie recepturę uzupełnia się olejem makadamia do 100%. Po czym miesza się wszystkie składniki, korzystnie w zbiorniku ze stali nierdzewnej w temperaturze 35°C +/- 3°C.
