Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biofunkcjonalny żel do mycia i dezynfekcji dłoni zawierający ciecz jonową, jaki składa się z Lauryl Glucoside (10-20%), Coco-Glucoside (3-7%), Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (1-5%), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (5-15%), Gliceryna farmaceutyczna 99,7% (1-3%), glikolipid (2-6%), N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)isooctadecanamide (1-5%), Kwas mlekowy (1-5%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm) dodaje się we wskazanej kolejności do wody uzupełniającej skład recepturowy mieszaniny do 100%. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania biofunkcjonalnego żelu do mycia i dezynfekcji, w którym składniki: Lauryl Glucoside (10-20%), Coco-Glucoside (3-7%), Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (1-5%), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (5-15%), Gliceryna farmaceutyczna 99,7% (1-3%), glikolipid (2-6%), N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)isooctadecanamide (1-5%), Kwas mlekowy (1-5%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm) dodaje się we wskazanej kolejności do wody uzupełniającej skład recepturowy mieszaniny do 100% tak, że w pierwszym kroku do mieszalnika wlewa się wodę w ilości 50% obojętności całkowitej produktu, następnie naważa się i dodaje do zbiornika mieszalnika i miesza się, aż do całkowitego rozpuszczenia Lauryl Glucoside (10-20%) i Coco-Glucoside (3-7%) i miesza się do całkowitego rozpuszczenia, następnie dodaje się uprzednio przygotowaną mieszaninę: Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (1-5%), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (5-15%), Gliceryna farmaceutyczna 99,7% (1-3%), całość miesza się do całkowitego rozpuszczenia składników około 20 - 40 minut. Następnie dodaje się uprzednio przygotowaną mieszaninę: glikolipid (2-6%), N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)isooctadecanamide (1-5%), Kwas mlekowy (1-5%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm). Po czym miesza się wszystkie składniki, korzystnie w zbiorniku ze stali nierdzewnej w temperaturze 35°C +/- 3°C.
