Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biofunkcjonalny żel do mycia i dezynfekcji dłoni zawierający ciecz jonową, jaki składa się z Lauryl Glucoside (10-20%), Coco-Glucoside (3-7%), Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (1-5%), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (5-15%), Gliceryna farmaceutyczna 99,7% (1-3%), glikolipid (2-6%), N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)isooctadecanamide (1-5%), Kwas mlekowy (1-5%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm) dodaje się we wskazanej kolejności do wody uzupełniającej skład recepturowy mieszaniny do 100%. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania biofunkcjonalnego żelu do mycia i dezynfekcji, w którym składniki: Lauryl Glucoside (10-20%), Coco-Glucoside (3-7%), Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (1-5%), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (5-15%), Gliceryna farmaceutyczna 99,7% (1-3%), glikolipid (2-6%), N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)isooctadecanamide (1-5%), Kwas mlekowy (1-5%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm) dodaje się we wskazanej kolejności do wody uzupełniającej skład recepturowy mieszaniny do 100% tak, że w pierwszym kroku do mieszalnika wlewa się wodę w ilości 50% obojętności całkowitej produktu, następnie naważa się i dodaje do zbiornika mieszalnika i miesza się, aż do całkowitego rozpuszczenia Lauryl Glucoside (10-20%) i Coco-Glucoside (3-7%) i miesza się do całkowitego rozpuszczenia, następnie dodaje się uprzednio przygotowaną mieszaninę: Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (1-5%), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (5-15%), Gliceryna farmaceutyczna 99,7% (1-3%), całość miesza się do całkowitego rozpuszczenia składników około 20 - 40 minut. Następnie dodaje się uprzednio przygotowaną mieszaninę: glikolipid (2-6%), N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)isooctadecanamide (1-5%), Kwas mlekowy (1-5%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm). Another subject of the application is a method for producing a biofunctional cleaning and disinfection gel with the following ingredients: Lauryl Glucoside (10-20%), Coco-Glucoside (3-7%), Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (1-5%), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (5 -15%), pharmaceutical glycerin 99.7% (1-3%), glycolipid (2-6%), N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)isooctadecanamide (1-5%), lactic acid (1-5%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%), IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm) is added in the indicated order to the water, making up the recipe composition of the mixture to 100%, so that in the first step water is poured into the mixer in an amount of 50% of the total neutrality product, then weighed and added to the mixer tank and mixed until Lauryl Glucoside (10-20%) and Coco-Glucoside (3-7%) are completely dissolved and mixed until completely dissolved, then the previously prepared mixture is added: Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (1-5%), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (5-15%), Pharmaceutical glycerin 99.7% (1-3%), all mixed until the ingredients are completely dissolved for about 20 - 40 minutes. Then the previously prepared mixture is added: glycolipid (2-6%), N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)isooctadecanamide (1-5%), Lactic acid (1-5%), E-Leen Green C (1-2%) , IL_Ap4A (100-4000 ppm). Then all ingredients are mixed, preferably in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 35°C +/- 3°C.
