Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowe uszczelnienie dławnicowe z cieczą magnetyczną dla wału obrotowego. W komorze dławnicowej (2a) w obudowie (2) umieszczone są dwie pary wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (3), oddzielone od siebie co najmniej dwoma magnesami trwałymi (7) i (8) spolaryzowanymi promieniowo, ustawionymi względem powierzchni wału obrotowego (1) biegunami przeciwnymi S i N oraz miękki pierścień uszczelniający (11) o przekroju prostokątnym, do którego przylega pierścień dociskowy (14) naciskany sprężyną śrubową (15) umieszczoną we wnęce (13w) wykonanej w dławiku (13). W wielokrawędziowych nabiegunnikach (3) wykonane są zewnętrzne wnęki pierścieniowe (3z) oraz wewnętrzne wnęki pierścieniowe (3w) położone po stronie wału obrotowego (1), tworząc gniazda zewnętrzne i gniazda wewnętrzne. Ciecz magnetyczna (10) utrzymuje się w szczelinach pierścieniowych (δ) pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi usytuowanymi na wewnętrznych powierzchniach cylindrycznych wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (3) oraz w szczelinach pierścieniowych (δ), pomiędzy wewnętrznymi cylindrycznymi powierzchniami magnesów trwałych (7) i (8) spolaryzowanych promieniowo, a powierzchnią wału obrotowego (1).The subject of the application is a hybrid stuffing box seal with a magnetic fluid for a rotating shaft.
