Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu organiczno-wapniowego z materiału sypkiego w postaci błota posaturacyjnego z dodatkiem mączki wapiennej lub/i mączki kredy lub/i mączki dolomitowej lub/i drobnoziarnistego gipsu, na drodze granulacji z użyciem wodnego roztworu melasu do jego nawilżania podczas granulacji, w którym jako materiał sypki stosuje się błoto posaturacyjne o wilgotności do 0,5 i o uziarnieniu do 2,5 mm, przy czym zarodkowanie oraz wstępną granulację prowadzi się w granulatorze mieszalnikowym, w którym mieszadła obracają się z prędkością 100 - 300 obr./min, do którego wprowadza się w sposób ciągły, ze stałą wydajnością błoto posaturacyjne z jednoczesnym nawilżaniem złoża błota posaturacyjnego za pomocą zestawu dysz 10% - 40% wodnym roztworem melasu o temperaturze 10°C - 50°C, wprowadzanym w postaci strugi, pod ciśnieniem 10 - 30 kPa, w ilości takiej, że wydajność przepływu cieczy nawilżającej wynosi 0,05 — 0,3 wydajności dostarczanego błota, następnie wytworzone granule przesypuje się, w sposób ciągły, do obracającego się z prędkością 8 - 20 obrotów na minutę talerza granulatora talerzowego o pracy ciągłej, gdzie prowadzi się dalszy proces granulacji oraz proces pudrowania, w czasie którego na przesypujące się wilgotne i zgranulowane złoże nanosi się w sposób ciągły błoto posaturacyjne lub mieszaninę błota posaturacyjnego lub/i mączki wapiennej lub/i mączki kredy lub/i mączki dolomitowej lub/i drobnoziarnistego gipsu z wydajnością wynoszącą 0,10 — 0,30 ilości złoża dostarczanego do talerza granulatora z granulatora mieszalnikowego, po czym otrzymane w trakcie pudrowania suche powierzchniowo, niezlepiające się granulki przesypuje się w sposób ciągły z talerza granulatora przez pochyloną burtę, przy czym stosuje się granulator talerzowy o pracy ciągłej pochylony do poziomu pod katem 40° - 50°, przy czym objętość talerza granulatora jest 1,5 - 2 razy większa od objętości misy granulatora mieszalnikowego.The subject of the application is a method of producing granulated organic-calcium fertilizer from loose material in the form of post-saturation mud with the addition of limestone flour and/or chalk flour and/or dolomite flour and/or fine-grained gypsum, by granulation using an aqueous solution of molasses to moisten it during granulation. , in which carbonated mud with a moisture content of up to 0.5 and a grain size of up to 2.5 mm is used as a loose material, with nucleation and initial granulation being carried out in a mixer granulator in which the mixers rotate at a speed of 100 - 300 rpm , into which carbonated mud is continuously introduced at a constant rate and the carbonated mud bed is simultaneously moistened using a set of nozzles with a 10% - 40% aqueous solution of molasses at a temperature of 10°C - 50°C, introduced in the form of a stream, under a pressure of 10 - 30 kPa, in an amount such that the flow efficiency of the moisturizing liquid is 0.05 - 0.3 of the efficiency of the supplied mud, then the produced granules are poured continuously into the plate of a disc granulator rotating at a speed of 8 - 20 revolutions per minute. continuous operation, where a further granulation process and a powdering process are carried out, during which post-saturation mud or a mixture of post-saturation mud and/or limestone flour and/or chalk flour and/or dolomite flour or /and fine-grained gypsum with a capacity of 0.10 - 0.30 of the amount of bed supplied to the granulator plate from the mixer granulator, then the surface-dry, non-sticking granules obtained during powdering are poured continuously from the granulator plate through the inclined side, while a continuous operation disc granulator is used, inclined to the horizontal at an angle of 40° - 50°, with the volume of the granulator plate being 1.5 - 2 times larger than the volume of the mixing granulator bowl.
