Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób utleniania α-pinenu, według wynalazku w obecności katalizatora zawierającego tytan, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr./minutę w atmosferze tlenu, przy czym do reaktora szklanego wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności α-pinen, później katalizator, na samym końcu doprowadza się tlen przez bełkotkę, stosując przepływ tlenu 40 ml/min, zaś proces utleniania prowadzi się w temperaturze 80°C - 120°C, w czasie od 1 h do 24 h, charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się katalizator zeolitowy - klinoptylolity o różnej wielkości cząstek 20 µm, 50 µm, 200 µm lub 500 - 1000 µm i o zawartości w strukturze tytanu 0,2% wagowych oraz glinu 3,7% - 4,8% wagowych, w ilości 0,05% - 1,50% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej.
