Sposób otrzymywania asfaltu modyfikowanego 25mL- 40mL roztworu kwasu fluorowodorowego o udziale masowym 40%-50% wlewa sie do pojemnika, nastepnie dodaje sie 1,5-3g proszku prekursora Ti3AIC2, uzyskana mieszanine utrzymuje sie w kapieli lodowej przez 10-20min. Nastepnie mieszanine miesza sie w 50-70°C i 600-S00rad/min przez 30-40h i umieszcza w wirówce i odwirowuje przy 3000-4500rad/min przez 10-20min. Nastepnie wylewa sie supernatant, a roztwór reakcyjny przemywa sie i przesacza za pomoca odsysania. Plukanie powtarza sie kilka razy, az pH supernatantu wyniesie 5-6. Otrzymany produkt Ti3C2MXene nalezy umiescic w suszarce prózniowej w temperaturze 40-80 °c. 2) 90-100 czesci asfaltu podgrzewa sie w celu calkowitego usuniecia wilgoci i doprowadzenia go do stanu stopionego i plyniecia oraz dodaje sie 6-12 czesci oleju naftenowego. Nastepnie dodaje sie 1-3 czesci Ti3C2MXene, 3-5 czesci nanodwutlenku tytanu, 3-5 czesci eteru diglicydylowego 1,4-butanodiolu i miesza sie. W dalszej kolejnosci otrzymana mieszanine podgrzewa sie do temperatury 130-160°C, stosujac mieszadlo scinajace, powoli dodaje sie 6-12 czesci mieszanki SBS/SEBS z predkoscia 5-10g/min i miesza sie z predkoscia 500-1000r/min, nastepnie podniosi sie temperature scinania do 3500-6500r/min i utrzymuje sie temperature do pelnego pecznienia po scinaniu przez 1-1,5h. This method increases the resistance of asphalt binders to de-icing salts and reduces the need for pavement repairs using the modified asphalt binder. Several methods for modifying asphalt binders are known to date. According to the article by Bhupendra Singh and Praveen Kumar, "Effect of polymer modification on the aging properties of asphalt binders: Chemical and morphological investigation," the most popular elastomers and plastomers used to modify asphalt binder surfaces are styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). Modification of asphalt binders with synthetic polymers results in increased resistance of the resulting asphalt to high and low temperatures and increased fatigue life of asphalt pavements made using the modified asphalt. The patent description ··=-··"'•-·,....,,,'-"--"'---"'~- describes a method for obtaining polymer-modified asphalt. The modified asphalt contains 90-100 parts of asphalt, 6-12 parts of naphthenic oil, 1-3 parts of Ti3C2MXene, 3-5 parts of nanotitanium dioxide, 3-5 parts of 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether and 6-12 parts of the SBS/SEBS mixture. Method for obtaining modified asphalt 25mL-40mL of hydrofluoric acid solution with a mass fraction of 40%-50% is poured into a container, then 1.5-3g of Ti3AIC2 precursor powder is added, the obtained mixture is kept in an ice bath for 10-20 minutes. The mixture is then stirred at 50-70°C and 600-600 rpm for 30-40 hours and placed in a centrifuge and centrifuged at 3000-4500 rpm for 10-20 minutes. The supernatant is then poured off, and the reaction solution is washed and filtered with suction. Rinsing is repeated several times until the supernatant pH is 5-6. The resulting Ti3C2MXene product is placed in a vacuum dryer at 40-80°C. 2) 90-100 parts of asphalt are heated to completely remove moisture and bring it to a molten and flowable state, and 6-12 parts of naphthenic oil are added. Next, 1-3 parts Ti3C2MXene, 3-5 parts nanotitanium dioxide, and 3-5 parts 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether are added and mixed. The resulting mixture is then heated to 130-160°C using a shear mixer. 6-12 parts SBS/SEBS are slowly added at a rate of 5-10 g/min and mixed at 500-1000 rpm. The shear temperature is then increased to 3500-6500 rpm and maintained for 1-1.5 hours until full shear swelling occurs. The resulting modified asphalt can be produced at low temperatures and is resistant to thermal oxidation and ultraviolet aging. The invention presented in the patent description ~~~~~'.:d.!:::...L discloses a method for modifying asphalt with polymers, wherein one or more styrene-butadiene copolymers, optionally dissolved in oil, are mixed with bitumen at a temperature of at least 150°C and then with dialkyl polysulfides. Asphalt modified with the polymers according to the invention exhibits improved elastic recovery and very low susceptibility to deformation. PL 443611 A1 2/11The invention presented in the patent description discloses a method for producing and using a biological thermoplastic elastomer replacing SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene). The production method comprises the following steps: adding an acid (anhydride) or an amide containing activated carbon-carbon double bonds to an epoxidized vegetable oil and reacting at a constant temperature to obtain a modified epoxidized vegetable oil monomer. The production method comprises the following steps: polymerizing styrene or a derivative thereof from a modified epoxy vegetable oil monomer to obtain a polystyrene-type derivative macromonomer, mixing and dissolving the polystyrene-type derivative macromonomer in tetrahydrofuran, and carrying out constant temperature polymerization to obtain a PS-PA-type thermoplastic elastomer; and mixing and dissolving the prepared diblock polymer of the polystyrene-type derivative macromonomer in tetrahydrofuran, and carrying out constant temperature polymerization to obtain a PS-PA-PS-type thermoplastic elastomer. The performance of the biological thermoplastic elastomer replacing SBS is similar to that of traditional thermoplastic elastomer, and butadiene consumption is reduced, which is an environmentally friendly solution. The use of modified asphalt can effectively improve the high and low temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of asphalt. The invention presented in the description of patent application · (A) discloses a modified asphalt with high weather resistance and a method for its production. The modified asphalt with high weather resistance contains the following components by weight: 90-100 parts of matrix asphalt, 3-5 parts of SBS modifier, 0.5-3.5 parts of an "oxygen barrier," and 1-5 parts of an antioxidant, wherein the oxygen barrier agent is the compound glucomannan chitosan. The glucomannan-chitosan compound used in this invention can form an oxygen barrier layer to separate oxygen from asphalt and prevent the oxidation reaction of asphalt upon contact with oxygen, thereby slowing down the aging of the asphalt. This compound can also work in conjunction with an antioxidant to eliminate free radicals generated by active groups during the autoxidation process of asphalt and prevent the free radicals from reacting with oxygen molecules, effectively slowing down the aging of asphalt caused by autoxidation. Under the synergistic effect of the ultraviolet barrier and light stabilizer, the entire modified asphalt system has excellent aging resistance. The use of an organic compound allows for the replacement of some of the aggregate and asphalt with asphalt granulate, which is a material derived from recycled degraded road surfaces. The method for producing a mineral-asphalt mixture using an organic compound, in which the mixture contains fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, filler, asphalt granulate, and asphalt, involves mixing the organic compound chitosan with a cross-linking agent in the form of a 99% aqueous solution of epichlorohydrin in a 1:1 weight ratio until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The resulting mixture is then added to heated asphalt in an amount ranging from 2 to 10% by weight of the asphalt and mixed until a uniform mixture is obtained. The heated fine aggregate and coarse aggregate are mixed separately with asphalt granulate and limestone filler. The resulting asphalt mixture is then added to the mineral mixture and mixed until the aggregates are completely coated. The mineral-asphalt mixture is then compacted. This results in increased water and frost resistance of the resulting mineral-asphalt mixture. The patent description (A 1) describes a binder with excellent adhesive properties, particularly with respect to stone fillers. It consists of a mixture of distillation asphalt with very good adhesive properties but relatively high penetration, and oxidatively blown asphalt. This material retains its plasticity in winter conditions, is resistant to de-icing salt compositions, and is resistant to studded tires. Vermiculite is used in construction as an insulating material. Patent application No. 1 describes the use of vermiculite, which, when combined with propylene glycol, spinel nanopowder, and fire-resistant polyamide composite fibers, acts as an asphalt additive that reduces asphalt flammability and suppresses smoke. Patent application No. 1 describes the use of vermiculite in the preparation of a warm-mix asphalt additive. The preparation method involves mixing vermiculite and blast furnace slag, creating porous particles in which copper sulfate crystals are deposited during the polymer formation process. Simultaneously, the particles are wrapped in the formed polymers, which have a strong binding ability to asphalt. The resulting improved binding capacity between the asphalt and the base material, increased resistance to low-temperature cracking, and improved asphalt foaming efficiency are achieved through the release of water bound in copper sulfate crystals. The synthesized ionic liquid can improve asphalt stability, and elements such as sulfur reduce asphalt viscosity, thereby improving the efficiency of hot-mix production. The invention aims to develop a method for modifying asphalt binders, allowing for the production of asphalt with increased resistance to the formation of polar functional groups in the structures of hydrocarbon components. The invention also provides a method for modifying asphalt binders using chitosan. Its essence is that chitosan and vermiculite in a mass ratio of 1:2 are added to a liquefied asphalt binder in an amount of 3 to 12% by weight of the asphalt binder and mixed at a temperature of 150 to 180°C until a homogeneous mixture is obtained for 1 to 60 minutes using a mechanical mixer. Afterwards, the modified asphalt binder is conditioned at the mixing temperature for 30 to 90 minutes. A beneficial effect of the invention is the limitation of the introduction of chlorine atoms into the structure of the components of modified asphalt binders through a substitution reaction. This increases the resistance of asphalt binders to the destructive effects of deicing salts used during the autumn and winter period. Another beneficial effect of inhibiting the introduction of chlorine atoms into the structures of hydrocarbons that constitute asphalt binders is limiting changes in their polarity, which consequently limits electrostatic interactions between the hydrocarbon components of the asphalt binder, which lead to asphalt hardening. Furthermore, a beneficial effect of the invention is limiting structural changes in asphalt binders modified with a two-component mineral-organic additive, which leads to changes in the interactions between them. Another advantage is limiting the release of acidified solutions into the natural environment, which negatively impacts fauna and flora. Beneficial effects of the invention also include limiting the amount of chemical compounds introduced into asphalt binders compared to previously known methods of modifying asphalt binders using polymers.
