Abstract
Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje problem uzyskania optymalnych parametrów odnośnie położenia przestrzennego i sztywności zespołu walcarki z zamiennym modułem walcowania wzdłużnego i poprzecznego. Sposób prowadzenia wsadów w walcarkach z zamiennym modułem walcowania, zwłaszcza prowadzenia wałków prostych i stopniowanych, charakteryzuje się tym, że wsad przeznaczony do walcowania wzdłużnego lub poprzecznego wprowadza się od strony zespołu podawczego (6a) w schemacie walcowania wzdłużnego lub wprowadza poosiowo od strony zespołu podawczego (6b) w schemacie walcowania poprzecznego, po czym wsad podlega procesowi walcowania, wg wybranego schematu, przechodząc przez wybrane wykroje w procesie walcowania wzdłużnego, zaś w przypadku walcowania poprzecznego wsad utrzymywany jest w osi wzdłużnej kotliny walcowniczej poprzez obustronne ograniczenie stopnia swobody. Urządzenie do prowadzenia wsadów w walcarkach z zamiennym modułem walcowania, zwłaszcza prowadzenia wałków prostych i stopniowanych, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma zespoły podawcze (6a) i (6b) wyposażone w listwy prowadzące (6a') i (6b') oraz wyposażone w przeguby obrotowe (5), połączone z zespołem podawczym (6a) walcowania wzdłużnego oraz zespołem podawczym (6b) walcowania poprzecznego wyposażonym w układ kompensacyjny (7) sprężynowy i zespolone z oprawą mocującą (8) przytwierdzoną do korpusu walcarki połączeniem rozłącznym (9).The application solves the problem of obtaining optimal parameters regarding the spatial position and stiffness of a rolling mill assembly with an interchangeable longitudinal and transverse rolling module. The method of guiding charges in rolling mills with an interchangeable rolling module, especially guiding straight and stepped rollers, is characterized in that the charge intended for longitudinal or transverse rolling is introduced from the side of the feed unit (6a) in the longitudinal rolling scheme or is introduced axially from the side of the feed unit (6b) in the transverse rolling scheme, after which the charge is subjected to the rolling process, according to the selected scheme, passing through selected cutouts in the longitudinal rolling process, while in the case of transverse rolling the charge is held in the longitudinal axis of the rolling gap by bilateral limitation of the degree of freedom. A device for guiding charges in rolling mills with an interchangeable rolling module, especially for guiding straight and stepped rollers, is characterized in that it has feeding units (6a) and (6b) equipped with guide strips (6a') and (6b') and equipped with rotary joints (5), connected to a feeding unit (6a) for longitudinal rolling and a feeding unit (6b) for transverse rolling equipped with a spring compensation system (7) and connected to a mounting frame (8) attached to the rolling mill body by a detachable connection (9).
