Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania powłok fotoutwardzalnych alifatycznych akrylowych modyfikowanych związkiem krzemoorganicznym okta(3-tiopropylosileseskwioksanem) o znacznie podwyższonej stabilności termicznej na drodze. Sposób otrzymywania modyfikowanych powłok fotoutwardzalnych alifatycznych akrylowych okta(3-tiopropylosilekseskaiwoksanem) o znacznie podwyższonej stabilności termicznej, polega na tym, że do powłok fotoutwardzalnych alifatycznych akrylowych dodaje się modyfikator w ilości od 0,1% wag. do 60% wag. w przeliczeniu na masę mieszaniny żywica/modyfikator, korzystnie od 0,5% wag. do 50% wag., następnie dodaje się fotoinicjator 2,2-dimetoksy-2-fenyloacetofenon (DMPA) w ilości od 0,5% do 5% wag. w przeliczeniu na mieszaninę żywica/SSQ-SH, korzystnie od 1% do 2% wag., dalej dodaje się rozpuszczalnik organiczny od 15% do 55% wag. w przeliczeniu na całość masy mieszaniny żywicy/SSQ-SH, korzystnie od 30% wag. do 40% wag., po czym całość poddaje się działaniu mieszania mechanicznego przez okres od 1 minuty do 6 minut, korzystnie od 2 minut do 3 minut, następnie poddaje działaniu promieniowania UV o długości fali λ=365 nm w okresie od 5 minut do 2 godzin, korzystnie od 1 godziny do 1,5 godziny, dalej uzyskane modyfikowane żywice przemywa się rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym i poddaje kondycjonowaniu.
