Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół napędowy rolety, który charakteryzuje się tym, że na tulei (13) tulejowego czopa (11) monolitycznego trzpienia (1) osadzona jest tulejowa wkładka (2) z osadzoną na niej co najmniej jedną skrętną sprężyną (3) z wygiętymi na zewnątrz obu jej profilowymi końcami (20), przy czym tulejowa wkładka (2) osadzona jest w wewnętrznej tulei (4) zakończonej kołem zębatym (21), do którego przylega kołnierz (22), z kolei na wewnętrznej tulei (4) osadzona jest zewnętrzna tuleja (5) z zewnętrznym kołnierzem (29), której przednie czoło przylega do kołnierza (22) wewnętrznej tulei (4), przy czym czołowa część trzpienia (1) zakończona jest profilową przednią ścianką (6), która połączona jest nierozłącznie z usytuowanym w jej osi symetrii tulejowym czopem (11) zakończonym zatrzaskami (14), a na zewnętrznej powierzchni tulei (13) tulejowego czopa (11) wykonane są podłużne odsadzenia (16) umieszczone w podłużnych szczelinach (17) tulejowej wkładki (2) zakończonej tylnym zewnętrznym kołnierzem (18) z wewnętrznymi wybraniami (19) przylegającym do wewnętrznej powierzchni obwodowego odsadzenia (23) wykonanego w tylnej części wewnętrznej tulei (4), a ponadto na bocznej powierzchni wewnętrznej tulei (4) wykonane jest przelotowe podłużne wybranie (24) o długości i szerokości dostosowanej do długości i szerokości tulejowej wkładki (2) wraz z osadzoną na niej co najmniej jedną skrętną sprężyną (3), do którego bocznych powierzchni przylegają oba profilowe końce (20) skrętnej sprężyny (3), z kolei wewnątrz zewnętrznej tulei (5) wykonane są podłużne wypusty połączone z jednej strony łukowo wygiętym elementem z odsadzeniami, a wzdłuż podłużnych wypustów wykonane są dwa podłużne wybrania pod końce (20) skrętnej sprężyny (3).
