Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mechanizm samohamujący rolety, który charakteryzuje się tym, że środkowa część walcowego elementu (1) umieszczona jest wewnątrz skrętnej sprężyny (5), której jeden koniec (5') osadzony jest w spiralnym kanałku tulejowej części tulei zewnętrznej (4), a drugi jej koniec umieszczony jest w otworze usytuowanym w bocznej powierzchni środkowej części walcowego elementu (1) obok jego końca, który zakończony jest zatrzaskowymi ząbkami, przy czym koniec walcowego elementu (1) ma wykonane wybranie (9), a za nim pierścieniowe odsadzenie z co najmniej jednym wyjęciem i łukowym wypustem, za którymi na środkowej części tego walcowego elementu (1) wykonany jest obwodowy kanałek pod zagięcia odsadzeń tulejowej części tulei zewnętrznej (4), a ponadto na końcu walcowego elementu (1) osadzona jest tuleja wewnętrzna (3), której wewnętrzne czoło ma wykonane co najmniej jedno wyjęcie pod wypust (T2) pierścieniowego odsadzenia walcowego elementu (1) i co najmniej jedno łukowe odsadzenie pod wyjęcie tego odsadzenia, a na bocznej zewnętrznej powierzchni tulei wewnętrznej (3) osadzona jest tuleja zewnętrzna (4) z pierścieniowym zewnętrznym kołnierzem na zewnętrznym jej czole, za którym na zewnętrznej powierzchni jej tulejowej części wykonane są równolegle usytuowane względem siebie podłużne rowki, a na jej tulejowej części wykonany jest spiralny kanałek, zaś czoło tulejowej części posiada wyjęcia i odsadzenia z zagięciami, przy czym długość [L4] osiowego otworu tulejowej części tulei zewnętrznej (4) jest co najmniej równa sumie długości [L3] środkowej części tulei wewnętrznej (3) i dwukrotności długości [L1] wyjęć pierścieniowego odsadzenia walcowego elementu (1) [L4 ≥ L3 + 2*L1].
