Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy związek chemiczny, marker diagnostyczny do zastosowania medycznego, dokładniej w diagnostyce nowotworowej w szczególności w diagnostyce raka żołądka. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób in vitro wykrywania aktywności enzymatycznej obecnej w płynie ustrojowym osobnika, w szczególności pochodzącej z komórek raka żołądka z użyciem takiego związku. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ponadto sposób in vitro diagnozowania raka żołądka z użyciem takiego związku, zestaw zawierający taki związek oraz zastosowanie takiego związku do wykrywania aktywności enzymatycznej swoistej dla raka żołądka i zastosowanie takiego związku do diagnozowania raka żołądka. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także taki związek do zastosowania jako marker diagnostyczny raka żołądka oraz sposób leczenia raka żołądka obejmujący etap przeprowadzania sposobu diagnozowania raka żołądka, jak określono powyżej z zastosowaniem takiego związku.The subject of the application is a new chemical compound, a diagnostic marker for medical use, more specifically in cancer diagnostics, in particular in the diagnosis of stomach cancer. The subject of the application is also an in vitro method of detecting enzymatic activity present in a body fluid of an individual, in particular originating from stomach cancer cells using such a compound. The subject of the application is also an in vitro method of diagnosing stomach cancer using such a compound, a kit containing such a compound and the use of such a compound for detecting enzymatic activity specific for stomach cancer and the use of such a compound for diagnosing stomach cancer. The subject of the application is also such a compound for use as a diagnostic marker for stomach cancer and a method of treating stomach cancer comprising the step of carrying out a method of diagnosing stomach cancer as defined above using such a compound.
