Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy związek chemiczny - marker diagnostyczny — do zastosowania medycznego, dokładniej w diagnostyce nowotworowej, w szczególności w diagnostyce guza mózgu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób in vitro wykrywania aktywności enzymatycznej obecnej w płynie ustrojowym osobnika, w szczególności pochodzącej z komórek guza mózgu, z użyciem takiego związku. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ponadto sposób in vitro diagnozowania guza mózgu, z użyciem takiego związku, zestaw zawierający taki związek oraz zastosowanie takiego związku do wykrywania aktywności enzymatycznej swoistej dla guza mózgu i zastosowanie takiego związku do diagnozowania guza mózgu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także taki związek do zastosowania jako marker diagnostyczny guza mózgu oraz sposób leczenia guza mózgu obejmujący etap przeprowadzania sposobu diagnozowania guza mózgu jak określono powyżej z zastosowaniem takiego związku.The subject of the application is a new chemical compound—a diagnostic marker—for medical use, specifically in cancer diagnostics, particularly in brain tumor diagnosis.
