Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu metalopolimerowego z osnową na bazie żywicy epoksydowej, polegający na mieszaniu materiału osnowy z proszkowym wzmocnieniem w postaci żeliwa, uformowaniu i utwardzeniu osnowy, charakteryzuje się tym, że żeliwne wzmocnienie o wielkości cząstek do 0,1 mm odtłuszcza się, a następnie miesza się wstępnie do 65% wagowych wzmocnienia z nie mniej niż 35% wagowych przeznaczonej do odlewania, bezrozpuszczalnikowej, dwuskładnikowej żywicy epoksydowej, po czym mieszaninę miesza się w warunkach próżni przez 100 - 150 minut, tak otrzymaną kompozycję zlewa się do formy nagrzanej do temperatury 120°C - 130°C i wygrzewa w tej temperaturze przez 60 - 90 minut.
