Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest związek w trój składnikowym układzie tlenków: tlenek fosforu(V)—tlenek chromu(III)-tlenek magnezu, który ma wzór sumaryczny Mg5Cr2P8O28. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania związku, w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków, w którym układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek fosforu(V)-tlenek chromu(III)-tlenek magnezu, który polega na mieszaniu wodoroortofosforanu (V) amonu, tlenku chromu (III) oraz prekursora tlenku magnezu, ujednorodnianiu przez ucieranie i wygrzewaniu w temperaturze zaczynającej się od 350°C otrzymanych mieszanin. Istota wynalazku polega na tym, że jako prekursor tlenku magnezu stosuje się 4MgCO3•Mg(OH)2•4H2O, a składniki miesza się w stosunku molowym takim, że w przeliczeniu na składniki układu trójskładnikowego zawartość tlenku fosforu(V) wynosi 40% molowych, tlenku chromu(III) 10% molowych, a tlenku magnezu 50% molowych. Po ujednorodnieniu mieszaninę reagentów wygrzewa się w temperaturach od 350°C do 1050°C i uciera, otrzymując produkt o wzorze Mg5Cr2P8O28. Inny sposób wytwarzania związku, według wynalazku, polega na mieszaniu fosforanu chromu i fosforanu magnezu, ujednorodnianiu i wygrzewaniu otrzymanych mieszanin. Istota wynalazku polega na tym, że miesza się Cr4P6O21 i Mg2P2O7 w stosunku molowym 1:5. Otrzymaną mieszaninę reagentów, po ujednorodnieniu przez ucieranie, wygrzewa się w temperaturze od 850°C do 1070°C.
