Abstract
Spirala odśrodkowa do separacji cząsteczek gazu lub cieczy, przedstawiona jest w przykładzie wykonania, gdzie od wewnętrznej cylindrycznego korpusu (1) wydzielony został spiralny kanał (2), którym przepływa gaz lub ciecz poddawane procesowi separacji. Wewnątrz korpusu (1) umieszczona jest cylindryczna tuleja (3), której zewnętrzna powierzchnia tworzy wewnętrzną powierzchnię spiralnego kanału (2). Zewnętrzna powierzchnia tulei oraz wewnętrzne powierzchnie spiralnego kanału (2) wydzielonego w cylindrycznym korpusie (1), są wyszlifowane i wypolerowane tak, aby uzyskać jak najlepszą gładź, co wyeliminuje możliwość występowania mikro turbulencji, które mogłyby zakłócić poprawny proces separacji. Zwoje spiralnego kanału (2) w całym zakresie jego usytuowania cechują się takim samym kątem nachylenia, aby wyeliminować możliwość występowania turbulencji, które zakłóciłyby poprawny proces separacji.The centrifugal spiral for separating gas or liquid molecules is presented in an example of an embodiment, where a spiral channel (2) is separated from the inner cylindrical body (1), through which the gas or liquid subjected to the separation process flows. Inside the body (1) there is a cylindrical sleeve (3), the outer surface of which forms the inner surface of the spiral channel (2). The outer surface of the sleeve and the inner surfaces of the spiral channel (2) separated in the cylindrical body (1) are ground and polished to obtain the best possible smoothness, which eliminates the possibility of micro-turbulences that could disrupt the proper separation process. The coils of the spiral channel (2) are characterized by the same angle of inclination throughout the entire range of its location, in order to eliminate the possibility of turbulences that would disrupt the proper separation process.
