Abstract

Spirala odśrodkowa do separacji cząsteczek gazu lub cieczy, przedstawiona jest w przykładzie wykonania, gdzie od wewnętrznej cylindrycznego korpusu (1) wydzielony został spiralny kanał (2), którym przepływa gaz lub ciecz poddawane procesowi separacji. Wewnątrz korpusu (1) umieszczona jest cylindryczna tuleja (3), której zewnętrzna powierzchnia tworzy wewnętrzną powierzchnię spiralnego kanału (2). Zewnętrzna powierzchnia tulei oraz wewnętrzne powierzchnie spiralnego kanału (2) wydzielonego w cylindrycznym korpusie (1), są wyszlifowane i wypolerowane tak, aby uzyskać jak najlepszą gładź, co wyeliminuje możliwość występowania mikro turbulencji, które mogłyby zakłócić poprawny proces separacji. Zwoje spiralnego kanału (2) w całym zakresie jego usytuowania cechują się takim samym kątem nachylenia, aby wyeliminować możliwość występowania turbulencji, które zakłóciłyby poprawny proces separacji.
