Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest cylindryczny zespół rozdrabniający zwłaszcza do mięsa, przeznaczony do precyzyjnego mielenia biologicznych materiałów plastycznych z włóknami naturalnymi, mięsa zwierząt domowych i dziko hodowanych, surowców biologicznych, materiałów niejednorodnych o zawartości wody i/lub tłuszczu. Zespół rozdrabniający składa się z obudowy cylindrycznej (1) oraz obudowy cylindrycznej z otworami (2), połączonych wzajemnie za pomocą nakrętki łączącej (17), wewnątrz których usytuowany jest nóż śrubowy (3), który zamontowany jest w łożysku tocznym w obudowie cylindrycznej (1) oraz w łożysku ślizgowym w bieżni stałej łożyska ślizgowego (16) i połączony jest za pomocą przekładni mechanicznej (8) z silnikiem elektrycznym (7), przy czym bieżnia stała łożyska ślizgowego (16) zamontowana jest do obudowy cylindrycznej z otworami (2) i wraz ze sprężyną (13), polimerowa podkładką śrubową (14), stalową podkładką tarczową (6), polimerową podkładką ślizgową (15), nakrętką dociskową (12), zapewnia pasowanie ruchowe noża śrubowego (3) i wewnętrznej powierzchni obudowy cylindrycznej z otworami (2), przy czym zbieżności, zewnętrzna noża śrubowego (3) i wewnętrzna obudowy cylindrycznej z otworami (2) są takie same i wynoszą 2,5°, zaś do obudowy cylindrycznej z otworami (2) zamontowany jest zsyp zbierający (5), poniżej którego usytuowany jest kosz zbierający (11), zaś w górnej części obudowy cylindrycznej (1) zamontowany jest kosz zasilający (4).The subject of the application is a cylindrical grinding unit, especially for meat, intended for precise grinding of plastic biological materials with natural fibres, meat of domestic and wild animals, biological raw materials, and heterogeneous materials with water and/or fat content. The shredding assembly consists of a cylindrical housing (1) and a cylindrical housing with holes (2), mutually connected by means of a connecting nut (17), inside which a screw knife (3) is located, which is mounted in a rolling bearing in the cylindrical housing (1) and in a sliding bearing in the fixed track of the sliding bearing (16) and is connected by means of a mechanical transmission (8) to an electric motor (7), wherein the fixed track of the sliding bearing (16) is mounted to the cylindrical housing with holes (2) and together with a spring (13), a polymer screw washer (14), a steel disc washer (6), a polymer sliding washer (15), a pressure nut (12), ensures a movable fit of the screw knife (3) and the inner surface of the cylindrical housing with holes (2), wherein the external convergences of the screw knife (3) and the internal convergences of the cylindrical housing with holes (2) are the same and amount to 2.5°, and a collecting chute (5) is mounted to the cylindrical housing with holes (2), below which a collecting basket (11) is located, while a feeding basket (4) is mounted in the upper part of the cylindrical housing (1).
