Abstract
Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje problem osiągnięcia optymalnych parametrów trwałości zamocowania, odnośnie gładkości i dokładności obróbki powierzchni zewnętrznej zawalcowanej tulei lin i cięgien przy zastosowaniu jednej technologii. Sposób zawalcowania tulei na końcówkach lin i cięgien, charakteryzuje się tym, że tuleję z końcówką detalu wprowadza się najpierw w profilowe gniazdo osadcze pomiędzy dwa zespoły mechanizmu obrotowego, obracających się w przeciwnych kierunkach ze stałą prędkością n, gdzie w kotlinie walcowniczej prowadzony jest proces zaciśnięcia tulei, przy czym długość zaciskanego odcinka co najmniej 2,5 długości tulei, korzystnie 3 krotnej długości tulei, a średnica wpisana w narzędzia do zaciskania jest 7% - 12% mniejsza niż zaciskanej tulei, natomiast wysokość żeber wzdłużnych wewnątrz tulei wynosi 15% - 25% średnicy tulei, korzystnie 20%, zaś promienie zaokrągleń wynoszą R 5-12, korzystnie R 7,5.The application solves the problem of achieving optimal parameters of fastening durability, regarding smoothness and precision of external surface processing of rolled sleeves of ropes and tendons using one technology. The method of rolling sleeves on the ends of ropes and tendons is characterized in that the sleeve with the end of the detail is first inserted into a profiled mounting socket between two rotary mechanism units rotating in opposite directions at a constant speed n, where the sleeve crimping process is carried out in the rolling gap, wherein the length of the crimped section is at least 2.5 times the sleeve length, preferably 3 times the sleeve length, and the diameter entered in the crimping tool is 7% - 12% smaller than the crimped sleeve, while the height of the longitudinal ribs inside the sleeve is 15% - 25% of the sleeve diameter, preferably 20%, and the rounding radii are R 5-12, preferably R 7.5.
