Abstract
Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje problem osiągnięcia optymalnych parametrów trwałości zamocowania, odnośnie gładkości i dokładności obróbki powierzchni zewnętrznej zawalcowanej tulei lin i cięgien przy zastosowaniu jednej technologii. Sposób zawalcowania tulei na końcówkach lin i cięgien, charakteryzuje się tym, że tuleję z końcówką detalu wprowadza się najpierw w profilowe gniazdo osadcze pomiędzy dwa zespoły mechanizmu obrotowego, obracających się w przeciwnych kierunkach ze stałą prędkością n, gdzie w kotlinie walcowniczej prowadzony jest proces zaciśnięcia tulei, przy czym długość zaciskanego odcinka co najmniej 2,5 długości tulei, korzystnie 3 krotnej długości tulei, a średnica wpisana w narzędzia do zaciskania jest 7% - 12% mniejsza niż zaciskanej tulei, natomiast wysokość żeber wzdłużnych wewnątrz tulei wynosi 15% - 25% średnicy tulei, korzystnie 20%, zaś promienie zaokrągleń wynoszą R 5-12, korzystnie R 7,5.
