Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji polimerowej przeznaczonej na stabilne termicznie i mechanicznie folie biopolimerowe, który polega na tym, że żelatynę spożywczą, korzystnie wieprzową 180° Bloom'a, uprzednio wysuszoną, agar-agar oraz glicerynę ogrzewa się w trakcie mieszania w temperaturze 70°C - 80°C w czasie 15 minut. Następnie dodaje się roztwór wodny wodorotlenku sodu i kontynuuje mieszanie w temperaturze 70°C - 80°C przez kolejne 45 minut do osiągnięcia homogeniczności mieszaniny reakcyjnej i po osiągnięciu homogeniczności, otrzymany żel biopolimerowy przenosi się do formy silikonowej i zatęża w temperaturze 80°C - 90°C w czasie 48 godzin.
