Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2 butel- ke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 butelke w widoku z tylu ,fig.4 bu- telke w widoku z boku a fig.5 butelke w widoku z dolu . The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from the front, top, and side, fig. 2 the bottle from the top, fig. 3 the bottle from the back, fig. 4 the bottle from the side, and fig. 5 the bottle from the bottom. A bottle according to an industrial design, having a body with an oval base and symmetrical side walls, wherein the upper part of this body is equipped with a cap, has the following essential features: the front and rear walls of the body are symmetrical and have a rectilinear outline in a side view, spaced apart to a width corresponding to the diameter of the base of the hemispherical cap, and the symmetrical side walls have an arcuate outline in a front and rear view, converging upwards to a width corresponding to the diameter of the base of the hemispherical cap, wherein the upper part of the front wall and the rear wall of the body have a symmetrical trapezoidal upper convexity extending from the top of the body with rounded lower corners connected by a horizontal lower edge, and furthermore these walls have a lower symmetrical convexity situated at the base, reaching on both sides to the lower edges of the side walls and limited from the top by rounded corners connected by a horizontal upper edge, wherein these side walls have a trapezoidal outline in a bottom view and the edges of these side walls have a rectilinear outline in a side view, flaring upwards in an arc outwards tangentially to the edge of the upper convexity of the front wall and the rear wall, and have two symmetrical grooves which in a side view are situated parallel to the edges of these side walls across the entire height of these walls, and between these grooves there is a central wall limited by grooved edges having a rectilinear outline in a side view, as shown in drawings fig. 1 to fig. 5.
