Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z góry, fig.5- butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.6- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus z nakladka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna korpusu jest oddzielona od czesci górnej obwodowa liniapodzialowa, przy czym czesc dolna ma podstawe w ksztalcie figury bedacej polaczeniem dwóch symetrycznych trapezów równoramiennych z zaokraglonymi narozami. Posrodku sciany przedniej i tylnej czesci dolnej korpusu przebiega pionowy rowek dochodzacy do obwodowej linii podzialowej, zas na scianach bocznych znajduja sie wklesniecia majace w widoku z przodu i z tylu zarysy lukowate, a w widoku z boku zarysy soczewki dwuwypuklej. W kazdym wklesnieciu przebiega pionowo wypukla scianka boczna, która w widoku z boku tworzy zarys owalny. Czesc górna korpusu ma ksztalt ostroslupa scietego z zaokraglonymi krawedziami, przy czym krawedz górna sciecia ma, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys lukowaty, a ponadto podstawa górna tej czesci przebiega skosnie w stosunku do osi pionowej korpusu. Nakladka ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu stozka scietego, na którego scianie bocznej znajduja sie dwa wybrania, glebsze od strony przedniej i plytsze od strony tylnej, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PL2/ Shaun RYMER The design registration right is valid from: 21 August 2003 Priority: 22 February 2003 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, fig. 5 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 6 - the bottle in a second side view, and fig. 7 - the bottle in a bottom view. The industrial design bottle, comprising a body with a cap, has the following essential features: the lower part of the body is separated from the upper part by a circumferential dividing line, with the lower part having a base shaped like a combination of two symmetrical isosceles trapezoids with rounded corners. A vertical groove runs along the center of the front and rear walls of the lower part of the body, reaching the circumferential dividing line, while the side walls feature concavities that have arcuate outlines in the front and rear views and biconvex lens outlines in the side view. A convex side wall runs vertically within each concavity, forming an oval outline in the side view. The upper part of the body has the shape of a truncated pyramid with rounded edges, wherein the upper edge of the truncation has an arcuate outline in front and rear views, and furthermore, the upper base of this part runs obliquely in relation to the vertical axis of the body. The overlay has the shape of an approximately truncated cone, the side wall of which has two recesses, deeper on the front side and shallower on the rear side, as shown in the attached drawings, figs. 1 to 7.
