Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu utylizacji materiałów azbestowych, który polega na tym, że materiały zawierające włókna azbestowe z grupy serpentynów i amfiboli, po mechanicznej dezintegracji prowadzonej na mokro do wielkości ziarna około 0,2 mm, poddaje się w temperaturze powyżej 350 K chemicznemu rozkładowi kwasem fosforowym o stężeniu od 70% do 82% masowych H<sub>3</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>, przy 10% - 15% nadmiarze kwasu fosforowego w stosunku do stechiometrycznej ilości sumy kationów zawartych w przerabianym materiale. Ponadto po rozdzieleniu produktów rozkładu, roztwór potrawienny neutralizuje się i wykorzystuje jako nawóz mineralny typu superfosfat potrójny i/lub nawozowy fosforan wapnia i/lub magnezu, a oddzieloną fazę stałą, którą stanowi krzemionka, przeznacza się do stosowania jako sorbent lub wypełniacz w produkcji wyrobów z tworzyw sztucznych.
