Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu zagospodarowania szlamów papierniczych będących odpadami przemysłowymi w przemyśle papierniczym. Zgłoszenie polega na tym, że szlam papierniczy korzystnie zawierający włókna celulozowe o długości 0,1 - 10 mm, głównie o długości około 2 do 5 mm, miesza się w stosunku wagowym od 0,1:1 do 2:1, korzystnie 1:1 w przeliczeniu na suchą masę, z rozdrobnionym wapnem o uziarnieniu poniżej 0,1 mm, korzystnie o uziarnieniu poniżej 2 µm po czym, ewentualnie, otrzymany produkt w znany sposób poddaje się formowaniu przykładowo do postaci granulek lub membran. Nieoczekiwanie okazało się, że otrzymany zgodnie z wynalazkiem produkt w postaci kompozytu, efektywnie usuwa z roztworów wodnych jony fluorkowe, a także inne jony tworzące z wapniem trudno rozpuszczalne sole.
