Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania surowca poliolowego na bazie kwasu bursztynowego oraz zastosowanie go do syntezy sztywnych pianek poliuretanowo-poliizocyjanurowych o zmniejszonej palności i zwiększonej podatności na biodegradację. Istotą wynalazku jest opracowanie sposobu otrzymywania niepalnych polioli na bazie kwasu bursztynowego oraz zastosowanie ich do syntezy sztywnych pianek poliuretanowo/poliizocyjanurowych. Przedmiot wynalazku może znaleźć szerokie zastosowanie w przemyśle jako izolacja np. zbiorników, rurociągów itd., w chłodnictwie oraz w budownictwie jako materiał termo- i dźwiękoizolacyjny lub konstrukcyjny.The subject of the invention application is a method for obtaining a polyol raw material based on succinic acid and its application for the synthesis of rigid polyurethane-polyisocyanurate foams with reduced flammability and increased biodegradability. The essence of the invention is to develop a method for obtaining non-flammable polyols based on succinic acid and their application for the synthesis of rigid polyurethane/polyisocyanurate foams. The subject of the invention can find wide application in industry as insulation, e.g. of tanks, pipelines, etc., in refrigeration and in construction as a thermal and sound insulation or construction material.
