Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania biopolioli na bazie oleju z gorczycy białej, zawierających w swojej strukturze heteroatomy boru oraz siarki charakteryzujący się tym, że reakcję przeprowadza się w kilku etapach obejmujących epoksydację wiązań nienasyconych (w reakcji oleju surowego z gorczycy białej z lodowatym kwasem octowym i 30% nadtlenkiem wodoru oraz 96% kwasem siarkowym, jako katalizatorem) zawartych w oleju, syntezę czynników otwierających pierścienie zawierających heteroatomy boru i siarki (w reakcji kwasu borowego, 2,2-tiodietanolu i kwasu siarkowego, jako katalizatora), otwieranie pierścieni epoksydowych odpowiednimi czynnikami i/lub estryfikację grup hydroksylowych zawartych w półprodukcie (wprowadzenie atomów boru do poliolu zawierającego atomy siarki w reakcji z kwasem borowym; wprowadzenie atomów boru z półproduktem otrzymanym podczas syntezy kwasu borowego, 2,2'-tiodietanolu, kwasu siarkowego i ksylenu, jako rozpuszczalnika).The subject of the application is a method of obtaining biopolyols based on white mustard oil, containing boron and sulfur heteroatoms in their structure, characterized in that the reaction is carried out in several stages including epoxidation of unsaturated bonds (in the reaction of crude white mustard oil with glacial acetic acid and % hydrogen peroxide and 96% sulfuric acid as a catalyst) contained in the oil, synthesis of ring-opening agents containing boron and sulfur heteroatoms (in the reaction of boric acid, 2,2-thiodiethanol and sulfuric acid as a catalyst), opening of epoxide rings with appropriate agents and /or esterification of hydroxyl groups contained in the intermediate (introduction of boron atoms into a polyol containing sulfur atoms in reaction with boric acid; introduction of boron atoms into an intermediate obtained during the synthesis of boric acid, 2,2'-thiodiethanol, sulfuric acid and xylene as a solvent).
