Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania surowców poliolowych w procesie upłynniania produktów ubocznych pochodzących z produkcji rolnej, w postaci makuchów roślinnych, zwłaszcza przydatnych do wytwarzania ogniobezpiecznych, termoizolacyjnych pianek poliuretanowych, o zwiększonej podatności na biodegradację. Istotą zgłoszenia jest opracowanie sposobu otrzymywania uniepalniającego poliolu w procesie upłynniania produktów ubocznych pochodzących z produkcji rolnej w postaci zmielonych makuchów roślinnych rzepakowego, sojowego, palmowego, słonecznikowego, lnianego, ryżowego, kokosowego, krokoszowego, konopnego, dyniowego, rzepakowego, z wiesiołka dwuletniego, z ostropestu plamistego, z czarnuszki siewnej, a zwłaszcza z gorczycy białej (Sinapis alba) oraz zastosowanie go do syntezy ogniobezpiecznych, sztywnych pianek poliuretanowych, o zwiększonej podatności na biodegradację. Przedmiot zgłoszenia może znaleźć szerokie zastosowanie w przemyśle jako izolacja np. zbiorników, rurociągów itd., w chłodnictwie oraz w budownictwie jako materiał termo- i dźwiękoizolacyjny lub konstrukcyjny.
